Following an interesting phase of expansion, diversification and growth, which started in January 2007, the TCC Group now announces further changes to its organizational structure.
With immediate effect, Tony Borg, formerly CEO of the Group's business in Malta, takes the role of Group Chief Executive Officer, an appointment that will see Tony assume overall responsibility for all TCC businesses, in Malta and overseas.
He will be joined in the Group's Executive Management Team by Melanie Bugeja, Chief Finance Officer of the Group, as well as by a Chief Operating Officer, a new role within the organisation, with an appointment imminent.
Paul Stoner, Chairman of the Group, announced these changes, as well as his intentions to concentrate more on the strategic role of Chairing the Group, attend to its Joint Ventures and investments, and focus on Group Corporate Governance, in the wake of the many challenges facing business at these times.
The TCC Group currently has important presence in the home shopping, direct selling, retailing, ebusiness, software development, logistics and training industries, via its representation of, and own brands, spread over the Mediterranean and North African region.
